Team and Table Lead - Restaurant Leadership | Stella's Table, White Lake

Love great Italian food, warm hospitality, and leading a team that feels like family? Pull up a chair.

Stella's Table is SRG Hospitality's urban Italian restaurant in White Lake, and it's in an exciting season. We just launched a new menu that takes Stella's toward a more authentic Italian flavor profile, with traditional recipes and more of the soul of an Italian table. We're looking for a Team and Table Leader to lead the restaurant into its next chapter.

At Stella's, hospitality means treating every guest like they've been invited to Sunday dinner. You'll set that tone for the whole building: how guests feel when they walk in, how the team feels when they clock in, and how everyone grows while they're here.

Who you are

You're energetic, warm, and happiest on the floor with your people. You get excited about food and love telling the story behind a dish. You believe great hospitality is a choice you make every shift, and that a strong team is built one conversation at a time. Our motto is tough on results, kind with people, and it should sound like you. You're curious, you want to keep learning about this industry, and you're looking for a company you can grow with for years.

What you'll do

· Be the host of the house. Greet regulars by name, welcome new guests like family, and recover from mistakes with grace.

· Bring the menu to life. Know our dishes, the traditions behind them, and the wine that goes with them, and teach your team to share that story with confidence.

· Build and coach your team. Hire for heart, train with intention, and help your people build their skills and move up.

· Own the shift. Keep service smooth, the energy high, and standards consistent from open to close.

· Drive results. Work with our operations leadership on sales, labor, cost, and guest feedback, and treat those numbers as a scoreboard your team can win.

· Bring the fun. Create a place people want to work: lively pre-shifts, recognition, team traditions, and celebrating the wins (family meal included).

· Keep learning. Grow your business skills in finance, marketing, and events alongside our leadership team.

What we're looking for

· Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience. If you're a standout supervisor or assistant ready for the next step, we want to hear from you too.

· A real passion for people and for food, with a love of Italian cuisine or eagerness to dive into it

· Strong communication skills and a calm, positive presence when it gets busy

· A coachable, growth mindset and a desire to build a long-term career with us

· Availability for evenings and weekends (the best nights at an Italian table!)

What you get

· Flexible compensation. We're open to hourly or salaried structure for the right person, and we'll build the package around your experience and goals.

· A leadership team that invests in your development and promotes from within

· Room to grow across the SRG family, from casual dining at Sparkies to events at Union 212

· A culture where your ideas are heard and your energy is valued

Ready to lead with heart? Apply today! We'd love to meet you.

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 4/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
